Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Threshold is displayed at checkout.

International Shipping (Canada) We ship to Canada. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes International orders (including Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. CNVS Nails is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
