Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Threshold is displayed at checkout.

International Shipping (Canada) We ship to Canada. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and carrier handling fees assessed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges and are not collected by CNVS Nails at checkout. The carrier or customs authority may require payment before delivery. Shipping charges cover transportation only; free or discounted shipping does not include import charges. CNVS Nails does not cover these charges unless we expressly agree in writing for a specific order. Customs charges and processing times vary by destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@cnvsnails.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Subscription Shipping

Free standard shipping on subscriptions is available only for delivery addresses in the United States. Subscriptions delivered to Canada or other destinations outside the United States are subject to shipping charges on the initial order and each recurring shipment. Shipping is separate from the subscription product price. International customers are also responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, and carrier handling fees; these charges are not included in subscription prices or shipping charges.
