Domestic Shipping

  • We ship all US orders from our warehouse in Kansas, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Please allow 3 – 8 business days for shipping to most domestic locations. International transit times vary.  

  • All orders may have a processing time of up to 3 business days before shipping, especially during the peak holiday shopping season. 

  • Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

International Orders (including Canada) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The Customer is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.  CNVS Nails does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duties and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country; if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for additional information.

Orders for Special Events

We are thrilled that you want to wear CNVS Nails for your special event! If you need to order products for a weekend event, we recommend placing your order no later than Tuesday night, using one of our expedited shipping options.

Order Accuracy

To ensure your package arrives perfectly, please note that we are unable to edit any orders once they've been processed.

Therefore, before finalizing your purchase, please take a moment to confirm that your shipping details are entirely correct and include any necessary abbreviations or apartment/suite numbers. Because we cannot recover items shipped to a wrong address, we cannot refund or replace packages that are lost or incorrectly delivered due to an inaccurate address provided at checkout.

Also, please remember that we are unable to combine separate orders or refund shipping costs if you place back-to-back purchases.

Subscription Orders

Managing your subscription should be stress-free, and we do our part by sending email and/or text confirmations days before your order processes. To ensure a perfect delivery every time, here are the key guidelines for keeping your subscription flawless:

Before Your Order Processes

  • Final Check is Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all details: the contents, sizes, and colors of your nails, as well as your shipping address are completely correct before the processing date.

  • Keep Payment Updated: Please ensure your payment information is current and up-to-date to avoid any interruptions in your manicure magic!

The Confirmation Window: Act Fast!

  • Changes Close Quickly: Since subscription reminders are sent prior to orders being automatically processed, we cannot cancel or skip a subscription once it has been placed.  Fulfillment works quickly and packs subscriptions daily!

  • SMS Users: If you use our SMS feature, you must complete the change or skip prompts entirely to receive a confirmed skip notification. If the skip is not confirmed, the order will process as scheduled.

Making Changes to Your Nails

  • Update Your Sizes: When making any changes to your nail shape, length, or color, you are responsible for updating/entering your registered sizes in the subscription portal. If you change the nail style but fail to update your sizes, your old registered sizes will be sent to you.
