Refund and Return Policy
Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only submit a return/refund request if you meet one of the following criteria:
- Received damaged items
- Manufacture defects
- Missing items from your order
Return requests will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.
Defective Item
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must request a return via email within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip. Please email help@cnvsnails.com
If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.
IMPORTANT
When submitting the return request, please indicate your order number, email, and full name and briefly describe the situation.
Shipping fee is ONLY refunded if the product is defective or mis-shipped by CNVS Nails.
