Refund and Return Policy
Due to health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect or the order meets the special conditions outlined below. Please only submit a return/refund request if you meet one of the following criteria:

• Received damaged items
  
• Manufacturer defects
  
• Missing items from your order
  
• Bundle sizing issue* (see details below)
  

Bundle Sizing Policy*
If you purchased a bundle and the included sizer tool shows that the veneers will not fit, you may return the full kit and any unopened putty for a refund.

Please note: veneers that have been opened, handled, or tried on are final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic and quality control reasons. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label for bundle sizing returns.

Defective Item
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must request a return via email within 7 days of the delivery date and provide a photo of the defective item along with the packing slip. Please email help@cnvsnails.com.

If we made a mistake with your order, we will cover all shipping and handling costs back to us.

Order Changes & Cancellations
All order change requests or cancellations must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order (this includes automated subscription orders). After this window, orders are considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.

IMPORTANT
When submitting a return request, please include your order number, email, and full name, and briefly describe the situation.

Shipping fees are ONLY refunded if the product is defective or mis-shipped by CNVS Nails.
