Start by purchasing our Sizer Tool, which you can place on each nail to learn what size fits your fingernails best. Then, return and place your first order using your sizes.
- Trim the veneer to your natural nail and file down the surface veneer.
- Soak the nail in acetone using your favorite soak-off method (we’ve found a cotton pad soaked in acetone and wrapped with tin foil works best.)
- After 10 minutes, remove from soak and file gel, being careful not to file down to the natural nail.
- Repeat this process until all gel is removed.
If you follow the removal instructions, there should be no damage to the natural nail. We recommend soaking off with acetone. Proper removal is key to avoiding damage. Please reference the removal process we have shown on our Instagram page.
Yes, the kit is a one-time purchase that includes everything you need for quick & easy manicures and should last many months. The only thing to replenish is a fresh set of nails for $25 (3 manicures)
After you pick your sizes, you will get 3 of each size with your kit. You can then begin your subscription to have nails delivered when needed at a discounted price of $25!
Once you have a kit, you only need to buy nails to replenish your supply. Including new shapes that come in the future.
We recommend you purchasing a new sizer tool for each shape/length. Our sizes measure the same width for each nail, but due to the shape and sizes of square vs almond, you may feel coverage of the veneer to your natural nail may vary. Trying a new sizer tool 2-pack will give you a single manicure and help you decide before you buy.
We strategically made our product so that it should work for pretty much any nail bed.
Yes, this is what’s wonderful about our veneers with built in color. You can trim or file and use our topcoat to finish your manicure.
We recommend either using the gel overlay method or, if you are currently using our short nails, switching to our medium-length nails.
To use the gel overlay method, first place the nail 1-2mm above the cuticle and cure. Then use a nail file to blend the veneer to your natural nail near the cuticle and buff the surface of the veneer. Lastly, use the same gel to fill the gap, making it super seamless. The key is to not get any gel (or polish if you paint) in your cuticle so it grows out nicely. This also helps your nails to last longer and prevents lifting as the natural nail grows out.

Yes! You can paint just as you would a salon manicure.
Our Peel-off base can be used when you want to change your veneers often or want to try different looks. When using Peel-off base coat follow the standard application instructions substituting the Peel-Off base for the Colorcure™ Gel Coat step. Directions are listed on the Peel-Off base coat product page.
It varies by user. You can get up to 3 days wear when using Peel-off base coat.

Yes! As long as you continue with your subscription, you will still qualify for rewards based on your order history, even if you change your nail color, shape, or length.
Subscribers will receive an order confirmation via text and/or email days prior to the order being processed. To cancel or change your order, follow the instructions/links in your confirmation message and submit your request within 2 days of receiving the message.
If you skip an order, the milestone rewards will be based on your total completed subscription orders. Skipped orders do not count toward your reward progress.
If you cancel your subscription before reaching any milestone, you will lose eligibility for those specific rewards. If you reopen your subscription, your reward progress will restart from zero.
Once you place your second order as a subscriber, you'll receive a reward for 20% off your third subscription order. This reward can be applied to your third order through your subscription portal.
No, these rewards are tied to specific milestones within your subscription. You must complete the second, fifth, and eleventh orders to qualify for the corresponding rewards.
You can track your order history and progress through your subscription portal. You can view and claim your rewards through your subscription portal.
No, rewards for the second, fifth, and eleventh orders cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. However, you can still take advantage of ongoing promotions for your subscription orders. The coupon with the greatest value will be applied at checkout.
After your 5th subscription order, you’ll earn a free gift. You can choose between putty glue or gel glue. This reward can be added to your 6th order through your subscription portal.
After your 11th subscription order, you'll earn a $25 coupon, which can be applied toward a set of nails for your 12th order. This reward can be applied to your 12th order through your subscription portal.
Your free gift will be included with your 6th order, and your free set of nails will be included with your 12th order. You will need to apply the reward for your free gift in your subscription portal to redeem it; it is not automatically applied.
Thank you for being a loyal customer! You will be able to redeem the listed rewards one at a time, based on your completed subscription orders.
No, if you have been been a subscriber, your first reward will be as if you placed your third order. Rewards don't track back to the beginning of your subscription.

Order processing may take up to 3 days. After processing, domestic orders (within the US) typically require 3 – 8 business days for shipping. International shipping times vary.
We offer expedited shipping options; however, we still recommend ordering at least 4 days in advance.

If you believe the product you received meets our return conditions, request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing help@cnvsnails.com. Please provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip, your order number, email, and full name, and a brief description of the situation.
All order change requests or cancellations must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order (this includes automated subscription orders). After this window, orders are considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.
