Questions about our gel nail veneers, sizing, application, and safety.
Start with our Quick Start Bundle — it includes everything you need including a 30-size sizer tool. Place the sizer nails on each finger to find your perfect size, then your custom-sized nails are built from there. No guessing, no filing.
- Trim the veneer to your natural nail and file down the surface.
- Soak in acetone — a cotton pad soaked in acetone wrapped with tin foil works best.
- After 10 minutes, remove and file off the gel, being careful not to file your natural nail.
- Repeat until all gel is removed.
If you follow the removal instructions, there should be no damage to your natural nail. Proper removal with acetone is key. You can also reference our removal tutorial on our Instagram page.
Yes — the Quick Start Bundle is a one-time purchase that includes your LED lamp, adhesive, and prep tools. These should last many months. The only thing you replenish is a fresh set of nails.
Nude bundles include 60 nails — enough for one complete manicure. Limited Edition Pink and Pink French bundles include 120 nails, giving you at least 2 full manicures. Subscription orders include 10 custom-sized nails per delivery.
No — once you have your kit, you only need to reorder nails. This includes any new shapes, colors, or limited edition styles that we release in the future.
We recommend purchasing a new sizer tool for each shape and length you want to try. Our sizes measure the same width across shapes, but square vs. almond coverage can feel different. A sizer tool 2-pack lets you try a single manicure before committing.
Yes — our veneers are designed to work for virtually any nail bed shape, both curved and flat.
Yes! One of the benefits of our pre-colored veneers is that you can trim or file them and simply apply our ColorCure Top Coat to finish the edge. Great for customizing your shape.
We recommend switching to our medium-length nails, or using the gel overlay method: place the nail 1–2mm above the cuticle, cure, then file to blend and fill the gap with gel. This also extends wear and prevents lifting.
Yes! You can paint them just as you would a salon manicure.
Use the Peel-Off Base Coat when you want to change your veneers more frequently. Follow the standard application instructions, substituting the Peel-Off Base for the ColorCure Gel step. Wear time is up to 3 days with this method.
