CNVS Nails College Brand Ambassador Agreement – Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
By applying through CNVS Nails' online Brand Ambassador form and, if selected, participating in our College Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the “Ambassador”) and CNVS Nails, LLC (“CNVS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and your participation in the CNVS Nails College Brand Ambassador Program (“Program”).
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your application or continue participation in the Program.
1. Definitions

Ambassador: A college student accepted into the Program by CNVS to promote and represent CNVS Nails products on Approved Media.

Approved Media: Currently includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and any future platforms approved by CNVS.

Content: Any images, videos, captions, posts, or messages you create featuring or promoting CNVS Nails products.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
To participate, you must:

Be a currently enrolled college student in the U.S.

Submit a complete and truthful application.
-
Maintain a public social media account on at least one Approved Media platform.
-
Be in good academic and disciplinary standing with your institution.
We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.
3. Program Expectations
If accepted, Ambassadors are expected to:

Regularly share content promoting CNVS Nails (at least 1–2x per month).

Engage with CNVS Nails on social media (likes, comments, reposts, etc.).
-
Use and share your unique referral code provided by CNVS.
-
Attend occasional virtual check-ins or Ambassador events (when invited).
-
Uphold the values of CNVS Nails: inclusivity, authenticity, and creativity.
4. Conduct Requirements
Ambassadors must:

Always represent CNVS in a positive, respectful, and truthful manner.

Disclose their relationship with CNVS when posting (e.g., using “#CNVSambassador” or “#sponsored” as appropriate).

Not promote competing nail brands while active in the program.
-
Avoid sharing inappropriate, discriminatory, or harmful content.
-
Keep their Ambassador accounts public during their time in the Program.
5. Use of Content
By participating, you grant CNVS Nails a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, and feature your content across its marketing platforms, including social media, email, website, and advertising.
6. Compensation
As a CNVS College Ambassador, you may receive:

A welcome kit including CNVS product(s).

A unique referral code for your audience.
-
15% commission on qualifying product sales through your code (excludes subscriptions).

Eligibility for contests, free products, and exclusive merch.
-
Priority consideration for paid collaborations and internship opportunities.
7. Intellectual Property
All CNVS brand assets—including logos, slogans, product imagery, and marketing content—must be used exactly as provided. You may not alter or misrepresent any CNVS brand materials.
8. Confidentiality
Any behind-the-scenes information, unreleased product previews, or internal communications shared with you must remain confidential unless CNVS gives explicit written permission to share.
9. Termination
You may leave the Program at any time by notifying us in writing. CNVS reserves the right to remove you from the Program for any reason, including violation of these Terms. If removed, you must stop promoting CNVS Nails and discontinue use of your referral code.
10. Independent Contractor Status
You are not an employee of CNVS. You participate as an independent brand ambassador and are responsible for any tax obligations arising from commissions or gifted items.
11. Limitation of Liability
CNVS is not liable for any damages or losses arising out of your participation in the Program, except where required by law.
12. Modifications
CNVS may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By checking the box or submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
