CNVS Nails Giveaway: Short Square Nails Launch

1. Eligibility:

   • Open to legal residents of US and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
   • Employees of CNVS Nails, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   • Instagram account and internet access are required to enter.

2. How to Enter:

   • To enter, participants must:
     1. Comment on the designated giveaway reel on CNVS Nails’ Instagram account.
     2. Share one of our reels in your stories and tell your friends why you are excited about @CNVSNails! Tag a friend.
     3. DM us your order number and the words "Giveaway Entry"
   • No purchase is necessary to enter. Non-purchasers can enter by submitting a comment on the giveaway reel and sending a direct message to @CNVSNails with the subject line “Giveaway Entry.”

3. Entry Period:

   • The giveaway begins on10-7-2024 and ends on10-14-24. Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible.

4. Winner Selection:

   • Two winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries.
   • Winners will be announced on10-16-24 and notified via direct message on Instagram. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or another winner will be selected.

5. Prize:

   • Two winners will receive a refund for their CNVS Nails order, up to the full amount of their purchase. Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
   • If the winner entered via the non-purchase method, they will receive a CNVS Nails square sizer tool.

6. General Conditions:

   • CNVS Nails reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.
   • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless CNVS Nails and Instagram from any claims or liability.
   • CNVS Nails is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or technical issues related to entry submissions.
   • This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

8. Privacy:
